• Specifications: Final product parameters, moisture levels, purity grades, and packaging dimensions are governed by bilateral contract specifications agreed in writing.

3. Commercial Contracts & Incoterms

Actual export transactions, minimum order quantities (MOQ), delivery schedules, payment terms (such as Irrevocable Letters of Credit / Advance Wire Transfers), and Incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF) are defined strictly within executed commercial sales contracts between the Buyer and Axiora Exports Private Limited.
